01 May 1999

Scott Wahrer † served as the Dominion of Melchizedek Minister of Intelligence and           Technology since 1992. He was into the Internet before most everyone else learned of it.
Heregistered www.melchizedek.com with Internic for DOM. In the 1993 edition of the
Melchizedek Bible he is thanked for his contribution that made that publication available.
In the 1999 version that will be available through book stores in a few weeks, he has
again been thanked. It is unfortunate that he will not see a copy in this world, but he
learned of the event shortly before his last days with us before his untimely departure to
the unseen country. Yes, Lloyd, you are correct, he is a new star that shines in the heavens.
His sister, Cynthia, my second x-wife has taken the loss the hardest, but he will be missed
by many. I can only see him as he was when he was vibrant and full of life. 44 is too
young to die of cancer, but his memory will live on forever, because he believed in the
Dominion of Melchizedek. We are working to have the DOM flag to fly in cyberbreeze at
half-mast for at least one month, as all DOM flags in the world should be set thereat. This
Scotty would appreciate being that he loved the Internet so much and DOM having been
dubbed the first nation on the Internet.

God bless Harry Scott Wahrer and the eternal memory of his gift to mankind!
