New President For The Dominion of Melchizedek

 Mr. Richard James, McDonald, JD has been elected President of the Dominion of Melchizedek on 23 July 2003.  President McDonald has been the Ambassador At Large for the Dominion since 1997.  President McDonald has previously been a law enforcement officer in California USA.

 In his acceptance speech, our new Chief Executive promised to spare no effort to bring the Dominion to the full Nationhood status. So that we may be recognized by the world. He also pledged that the problems which the Dominion has suffered due to negative press will be rectified, by vigorous prosecution of those who falsely allege to represent the Dominion of Melchizedek.
