The Shumen regional court, firm department at a closed meeting on 18th October, 2000 in strength:

Regional judge : J.Spasov after considering the reported by the regional judge a firm law suit N 942 by the inventory of the 2000 year to rule took into account the following:

Proceeding under an article 489 from the Civil Procedure Code in connection with an article 3 from the Commercial Law.

All necessary documents for the registration are applied to the application:

The court considers the request for justified and legally. By reason of and on the grounds of an article 6 and an article 119 from the Trade law the court.

To write into the trade register of the Shumen regional court ["Dominion Melchizedek - Bulgaria"] place of residence town of Shumen, 9 Tzar Samoil Str.

Subject of activity: Trade representation and agency, purchase of firms, projects and  differentiated parts from them, purchase of shares and stocks, trade with industrial goods, half – finished products, raw materials, materials, equipment, spare parts, transport technics, means of transport and all kind of goods for which does not exist specific lawful veto, manufacture of meat products for the purpose of selling, purchase of goods and other things for the purpose of selling in original, processing or manufacturing kind, production, processing and trade of agricultural products, enimal products, foreign trade activity, re – export, transport of travellers in the country and abroad as also connected with this loading and unloading activities; shipping, storaging and on lising activities, commission activity , hotel activity, exploitation of administrative buildings, restaurants and other places of resort, advertisement activity, tourist service in the country and abroad, program and information activity, engineering and marketing,
impressario activity, building of immovable estates, purchasing and furnishing of the same with a view to be sold.

The decision comes into force after its announcement and subjects to publishing in an official gazette.
