THE MELCHIZEDEK BIBLE KING JAMES VERSION
Revelation 11 Revelation 11
. .
There was manifested to me righteous judgment, and the inner voice proclaimed: rise higher to judge according to the idea of Mind, and the manifestation of Spirit, and those devoted thereto. 1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
But leave out the court of error^ which is not according to the idea of divine Mind, for it is given to the unbelievers for righteous judgment; yet unbelievers will disrespect the holy abode while Science's two witnesses withstand trials. 2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty [and] two months.
And the only I-am will give power to Science's two witnesses, and they will prophesy in sorrow and humility until their works are complete. 3 And I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
These are anointed healers, the two illuminations of Spirit directed by Mind's attractive force which upholds the compound idea, earth^. 4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
If any mortal desires to hurt them, such a so-called enemy will be purified by the word of God which they have spoken to them; this is what must happen to any enemy who should try to hurt them. 5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
These anointed ones have power to stop the peace that evil seems to enjoy, so that there is no refreshment during the stages of their practice, and have power over mental factors causing evil, hypnotic illusions to be deflected back against would-be deluders so long as they persist. 6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
When they set forth the Scriptures according to their testimony, carnality, arising from Mind's infinite negation^, will fight against them, and overcome them, annulling their presence. 7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
Their reassertion that the body of matter is lifeless became a stumbling block in the pathways of the great cities, which are discerned as the dwellings of sensuality and mental darkness, the incentive that also crucified our dear Master. 8 And their dead bodies [shall lie] in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
Then the multitudes will behold the lifelessness of their material bodies, but they will not allow their illusions to be buried out of sight because their fidelity is not yet "half equal^" to the truth of Being. 9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
So they that dwell upon error's palpable forms will rejoice, and make merry, and will send gifts one to another, because these two prophets could have taken away their contentment with error's visible dwellings. 10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
When their fidelity became half equal to the truth of Being, divine Life renewed them, and their manifested life arose; thereupon great reverence fell upon those who beheld it. 11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
So the two witnesses understood the inner voice of the reign of Spirit^ calling them to come higher. Now they gained the praise of harmonious bliss, 12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
The same hour there was a great shaking of error's palpable forms, and a portion of sensualism's dwelling crumbled, and from the quaking was a complete number of sensualists slain, and those remaining were frightened, yet gave glory to all harmonious God. 13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
The second tribulation is past; and, behold, the third tribulation comes quickly. 14 The second woe is past; [and], behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
The completion^ stage of sound thinking resounded by the inner voice of all-harmonious I-am which declared that the kingdoms of this world are replaced by the reign of Spirit, and by Christ, Truth; so Truth is sovereign forever. 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Now the authorities of the Scriptures, which rest on the attractive force of Good, were living expressions of God, and in this way worship God, 16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
Expressing their gratitude to divine Love, almighty Good, which is forever the same, because with this power, the almighty I-am establishes sovereignty. 17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
Now the nations were angry, that God's chastisements had come, and that the dreamers of death should be judged, and that God should reward servants and prophets of Good, and reward the saints, and those that fear nothing but to offend God, from the least to the greatest, eliminating the source of all visible error about the compound idea, earth. 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
So the idea of Mind was unveiled by harmony, and there was discerned as Mind's idea the law of God; yet an upheaval, or chemicalization brought lightning, and voices, and thundering, and a shaking of palpable error, and a great striking catharsis. 19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
