THE MELCHIZEDEK BIBLE
KING JAMES VERSION
Exodus 35
Exodus 35
.
.
1 Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said to them, "This is the ecclesiastical manner in which you will interpret the words the Lord has commanded, in that you should imitate them by rituals and rites.
This part of KING JAMES VERSION will be added later on.
2 "In six cycles of time will your ecclesiastical work be done, but the seventh stage should be to you an holy attainment, a sabbath's rest to the Lord; whoever serves an ecclesiastical work therein will lose sight of the divine life.
.....
3 "You must kindle no mortal thought throughout your conscious awareness upon reaching the rest of the sabbath's realization."
.....
4 Moses spoke to the whole congregation of the children of Israel, saying, "The Lord commands you to do these things.
.....
5 "Those of you who are willing are to bring an offering to the Lord of gold, silver and brass,
.....
6 "Of blue, purple and scarlet^ fiber, and goat's hair,
.....
7 "And of red sheep leather, and badgers' skins, and acacia wood,
.....
8 "And of oil for light, and spices for anointing oil and for fragrant incense,
.....
9 "And of onyx stones and gems to be mounted on the vest and breastplate^,
.....
10 "And those who are craftsman among you should come and fashion everything that has been commanded by the Lord,
.....
11 "Including the tabernacle, its tent, its covering, its clasps, its frames, its crossbars, posts and bases,
.....
12 "The ark with its poles and the seat for the forgiveness of sin along with the veil to screen it,
.....
13 "The table with its poles and all its articles and the shewbread,
.....
14 "The candlestick for light along with its articles, lamps and oil for light,
.....
15 "The altar of incense with its poles, and anointing oil along with fragrant incense, the curtain to be placed at the portal of the tabernacle,
.....
16 "The altar of burnt offering with its brass grating, its poles and all its articles, the brass basin along with its stand,
.....
17 "The curtains of the courtyard, its pillars and their bases, and the curtain for the portal which opens to the courtyard,
.....
18 "The pegs to secure the tabernacle and the pegs to secure the cords and the courtyard,
.....
19 "And also the cloths of service, both the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons for teaching in the priest's office."
.....
20 Then all the congregation of the children of Israel left the presence of Moses,
.....
21 And everyone who was willing, and who felt impelled to do so, came and brought an offering for the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all its service and for the holy garments.
.....
22 Now those who came of their own volition were both men and women, and they brought all kinds of gold jewelry, including bracelets, earrings, rings and ornaments, also everyone made a presentation offering of gold to the Lord.
.....
23 And everyone that had blue, purple or scarlet fiber and fine linen, and hair of goats and red sheep leather, and badgers' skins, brought them.
.....
24 Everyone that made an offering of brass or silver presented it to the Lord; and everyone that had acacia wood for any of the work of the service brought it.
.....
25 Every skilled woman spun with her hands and brought what which was spun, be it of blue, purple or scarlet fiber, or fine linen.
.....
26 And all the women who were skilled, and who were willing to do it, spun material from goats' hair.
.....
27 The leaders brought onyx stones, and gems to be mounted on the vest and on the breastplate.
.....
28 And spice, and oil for light, and for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.
.....
29 So the children of Israel brought their offerings willingly to the Lord, everyone whose volition was to bring items for all manner of work which the Lord had commanded to be made by the hand of Moses.
.....
30 And Moses said to the children of Israel, "You know that the Lord has appointed Bezaleel the son of Uri, Hur's grandson of the tribe of Judah,
.....
31 "For he is filled with the spirit of the Jehovah, in human wisdom and understanding, and in knowledge and all manner of skills,
.....
32 "To fashion artistic works in gold, silver and brass.
.....
33 "And to cut and set stones, to carve wood, and to craft all kinds of fine works.
.....
34 "And he will instruct Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of manipulative Danites;
.....
35 "And they that are wise in the world have been endowed by the human ego with crafty skill to be engravers, craftsmen, embroiderers of blue, purple, scarlet^, fine linen, and weavers, that they may devise all that faith in Jehovah includes.
