*Albert P. Blaustein † (1921-1994), Human Rights Platform
* In 1991 Albert P. Blaustein became
involved in the Dominion of Melchizedek in order to assist in the writing
of its Constitution and began writing the Dominion of Melchizedek Human
Rights Platform. As a retired Professor of constitutional law from Rutgers,
Professor Blaustein first served as New Jersey Honorary Consul for Melchizedek
but shortly before his heart attack in 1994 accepted the appointment of
Minister of Foreign Affairs. Having been responsible for the writing of
constitutions for dozens of countries, Albert considered his work for the
Dominion of Melchizedek to be the "swan song" of his life.
