Dr. TZEMACH "BEN" DAVID NETZER KOREM, Ph.D. (h.c.)

Ben David is one of the original signatories to the July 1991 Constitution of the Dominion of Melchizedek. He thereafter was selected by the House of Elders to serve as the Head of the House of Elders. As the ruling legislative body of the DOM, the House of Elders elected Pearlasia to serve as the President of DOM in the Fall of 1994, and she chose David to serve as the Vice President of Melchizedek.

BEN DAVID WAS BORN ON JULY 19, 1953 IN GRIFFITH PARK MATURNITY HOME TO MARCIA VIRGINA NEWKIRK AND EVAN DAVID PEDLEY. Evan David Pedley is one of the recognized modern-day founders of the Dominion of Melchizedek. 

Ben David is a graduate of Buckley High School where he was voted by his class the "Most Original". From his youth until 1987, Ben David was privately tutored by his father in the fields of law, politics, economics, literature, science and spiritual maters. As a private student of Albert Blaustein, Ben David learned from a leading expert in constitution writing (Blaustein wrote the constitutions for 25 countries and was a law professor at Rutgers for 40 years) some of the most important lessons of constitutional law and political science. For his achievements in building the Dominion of Melchizedek, Ben David received an honorary Ph.D. from Westminster University System in Political and Social Sciences and from Al-Manaf International Islamic University, the Doctor of Laws and Letters degrees. 
Several other universities have honored Ben David with various degrees, including one from the University of Melchizedek. 

After the death of Evan David Pedley in 1987, Ben David became known as the founder of the Dominion of Melchizedek, and is therefore listed as the "reputed founder" on the DOM web site. 

Ben David currently serves as Head of the House of Elders of the Dominion of Melchizedek (Legislative Branch), Vice President of the Executive Branch, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of DOM, however, greater details about Ben David can be found throughout the DOM Internet site following the links from: http://www.melchizedek.com
